No, this is not part of a storyline at all. Days of Our Lives actress Jessica Serfaty, who is best known for her role as Sloan Peterson on the hit Peacock soap, called the police after she found a tracking device in her car. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
According to TMZ, the soap opera star was left in shock when she discovered an air tag inside her car. The cops are now involved in the matter.
Sources close to the situation say that Jessica was in her car in Malibu when she opened up her phone and got an alert about an AirTag nearby. Needless to say, Jessica was immediately concerned and called the cops right away.
However, and to make matters worse, when the cops arrived, they couldn’t find the AirTag, which had mysteriously disappeared. However, they are still trying to use Jessica’s phone to find the tracking device.
Jessica, for her part, doesn’t seem to be very concerned about the matter because according to her social media, she’s vacationing in Ibiza, Spain right now.
Yet, earlier this summer she made headlines after she accused her billionaire fiance, Leonardo Del Vecchio of abuse. She posted an emotional video on her Instagram account before deleting it and withdrawing her allegations.
Jessica said, “Leo and I apologize for any who were triggered or affected by yesterday’s story. Sometimes a family can have their own arguments and these should never be made public.”
Interestingly enough, Jessica has not been seen with Leo since that altercation between them, nor has she posted anything about him on her social media accounts, too.
It’s being heavily speculated that they are either taking a break or might have broken up, but haven’t made any announcements about it.
