There’s heavy speculation and even criticism among both royal fans and critics alike that Meghan Markle is acting like she’s the queen of England in Colombia.

It’s not enough that Meghan and her husband Prince Harry are being slammed for even going on this quasi-royal trip, but the Duchess of Sussex is surely loving all of the attention that she’s been getting while visiting the South American country.

In fact, it’s Prince Harry that looks like he would rather be anywhere but by Meghan’s side as she continues to wine and dine with the country’s top officials.

For the rest of the royal family back in the UK, they feel sick to their stomachs over Meghan’s behavior.

Because if there’s anyone who should be smiling for the cameras while meeting with foreign dignaties, it’s Kate Middleton. After all, she is the next queen of England.

But it almost seems like Meghan might be taking advantage of the fact that Kate Middleton is dealing with her cancer battle and can’t travel the world with Prince William like Harry and Meghan are doing right now.

For Kate, it’s almost sickening that Meghan would be acting this way, knowing that if she were still active with her own royal engagements, her sister-in-law wouldn’t be making the front page headlines that she’s making with this trip.

She also thinks that she’s overstepping her boundaries by pretending that she’s an important royal when she doesn’t even hold any status with the monarchy anymore.

But for Meghan, that doesn’t seem to matter to her right now. She’s being treated like she’s the center of attention in Colombia and that’s exactly the way she wants to keep it.

So far the Duchess of Sussex herself has not made any comments about the matter just yet.
