As many B&B fans already know, Katie basically pushed Poppy out the door by first insinuating that she was the one who was responsible for the sudden deaths of Tom and Hollis in this fictional town of Los Angeles.

After having the police gather all of the information they needed, Poppy was arrested which now leaves Katie to tend to Bill Spencer all by herself.

However, all of this might end up backfiring on Katie and in the worst way possible, and that’s mostly because Poppy’s daughter Luna still lives with Bill.

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, actress Heather Tom, who plays Katie on the hit CBS soap, says, “And at this point, Katie is really trying to make sure that he gets another paternity test, because she’s going, ‘Well, you don’t really know if this thing is accurate! If Poppy can kill someone, then she can also fake a test!’”

“So, his issue right now is really trying to figure out how he moves forward with this girl, and I think Katie is trying to walk a line there where she doesn’t disrespect his feelings about that, but at the same time, she’s really trying to push him to make sure he has the truth about things.”

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: What’s Next For Katie Logan?

At the same time, Heather admits that Katie is feeling some guilt over all of this, too.

She said, “But I don’t think she is taking pleasure in seeing this go down and seeing Luna hurt and even the conflicted feelings that Bill has.”

“But at the same time, I don’t think that there’s any question in her mind that [involving the police] was the right thing to do and that it had to be done. The conflict comes from, this is a terrible situation that she wishes never had to happen.”
