This is not the way that it was supposed to happen. There’s heavy speculation on social media that suggests Meghan Markle is none too pleased with the fact that she is getting completely ignored during her trip to Colombia with her husband, Prince Harry by her side.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are currently in Colombia as part of their quasi-royal tour of the South American country but unfortunately, none of the top media outlets are covering their trip.
Even though Meghan was dressed flawlessly in a sexy Johanna Oritz dress on the first day there, she was completely ignored by the likes of Page Six and other sites that often cover every little move the Sussexes make.
That might be mostly because Harry and Meghan’s former Chief-of-Staff, Josh Kettler, suddenly quit his position only a few days before their trip to Colombia. Without Josh at the helm, there’s probably no one to take care of the Sussex’s publicity needs.
For Meghan Markle, she has every reason to be worried. She can’t just be in the spotlight without anyone covering her. And the fact that nobody is has her feeling very frustrated.
Yet, a lot royal fans and critics believe that if this were Prince William and Kate Middleton taking a trip to Colombia, the media would be all over it from both sides of the pond. They would be covering each and every step that the Prince and Princess of Wales would be taking in the country.
The royal family’s staffers might have made their mistakes in the past, but at least they are not quitting in droves like the Sussexes’s team has these last few years.
Apparently, Meghan Markle has been so difficult to work with behind the scenes that no one wants to do the job anymore. That, and they are also not surprised that Josh had quit in the fashion that he did.
Working for the Archewell Foundation has been nothing short of a nightmare for a lot of people. Many critics even think that the Duchess of Sussex has no one to blame but herself.
