There’s a new report that suggests Jennifer Lopez is feeling quite depressed over the fact that her estranged husband is no longer taking her phone calls or responding to any of her messages. In fact, it seems like Ben Affleck is ghosting her altogether.

Sources close to the situation say that Jennifer was hoping that Ben would make a surprise appearance at her 55th birthday party last month, but he was nowhere to be seen.

Jennifer was living it up with her friends and family in the Hamptons while Ben was back in California with his own family.

The insider put it this way, “It’s just depressing that Ben couldn’t find the time or inclination to be there and support Jennifer. She would have welcomed it.”

And as much as everyone wants to see Jennifer Lopez spend a little time working on herself, she hates the feeling of knowing that she’s going to be spending the entire summer by herself.

After all, Jennifer is someone who has never been single in her life. That’s why she’s trying to hard to make things work with Ben, even though he wants nothing to do with her at this point.

The tipster also said, Jennifer’s been putting on a brave face through it all. She never expected to be spending her summer alone. This isn’t where she thought she’d be at this point in her life.”

Not only that, but it seems like the singer and actress doesn’t have anyone that she can really talk to about her issues.

“She surrounds herself with her entourage — and everyone’s on the payroll. It’s doubtful she has any real friends at this point.”

So far Jennifer Lopez herself has not made any comments about the matter just yet.
