According to Page Six, Pete Buttiegieg and Eliot Spitzer’s ex Lis Smith were spotted at a hip NYC bar together. 

While some people think that the pairing is super weird, others believe that this must have been a meeting for strategic purposes. Either way, it has certainly gotten the internet talking about it in more ways than one.

It goes without saying that many fans and critics alike have had a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some have even commented with, “PB, the Transportation Secretary, has made a MESS out of a train incident in Ohio – Vance’s home state; picking him would be a GIFT to the Trump campaign.”

Another critic wrote, “Nobody is saying he should be VP but if he was picked he’d be a very good one. He didn’t struggle at his job as Mayor or as Transportation Secretary. He’s very good at his job and always has been. You don’t seem to like him for some other reason.”

But there was this comment as well: “Harris said she needs a running mate with military experience. Enter U.S.N. Reserve Lt. Mayor Pothole Pete whose seven months in Afghanistan consisted of being the base commander’s chauffeur.”

“This is hopefully the music on the top deck of the Titanic about 20 minutes before it sinks.”

Let’s just say that when Kamala does pick her running mate and announes it to the world, Donald Trump sure is going to have a lot to say about it.
