While Kamala Harris is only the presumptive nominee for the Democratic party as of press time right now, she’s already in the lead and way ahead in the polls against her opponent, Donald Trump.

But then again, this was the exact same situation between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump back in 2016. Hillary wouldn’t want to see history repeat itself again, but there’s a very good chance that will happen.

Even though Hillary had won the popular vote, it was Donald who clinched the presidency by winning the electoral college. Hillary was so devastated by the defeat, that she wasn’t seen in public for many long weeks after the results were announced.

Of course, Kamala Harris has a very good chance of becoming the first female president of the United States. Not only that, but she would also be the first female mixed race woman in the position as well.

Sure, Hillary absolutely wants Kamala to win. Because if there’s anything that unites the Democratic party right now, it’s the fact that no one wants to see Donald Trump win back the keys to the White House.

But at the same time, Hillary can’t help but feel a little jealous over the matter as well. After all, she did want to become the first female president of the United States before Donald killed that dream for her.

As much as Hillary is backing Kamla for the job, she might also be secretly wishing that job and title would have belonged to her instead. But at the same time, she also has a feeling that Kamala will suffer in the same way she did, especially if Donald ends up defeating her.
