The television media slammed the ceremony for their controversial drag performance that rsembled the Last Supper. Let’s just say that she was none too pleased about it, too. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

Jillian, who often has one thing or another to say about current events on social media, took to her X (formerly known as Twitter) account to write, “Dear fellow gays… We demand tolerance and respect but then make a mockery of something sacred for over 2 billion Christians.”

“This type of hypocrisy and lack of understanding is a bad look. We get outraged when the extreme right bashes us, but then we do this shit.”

“What kind of reaction do you think they will have towards the LGBTQ+ community after this. This is NOT how we break down barriers it’s how you build them.”

Of course, it didn’t take long at all for her fans and her critics to weigh in on the matter as well.

Many of them wrote comments such as, “Agree I think if this was an adult theatrical event that adults could choose to buy a ticket to attend it would be fine but to force this into the opening ceremony of an event that is supposedly to unite the world this is an epic fail.”

Did The Olympics Go Too Far This Time Around?

Another fan wrote, “Well said, Jillian. The radical Woke Marxism is never about tolerance and respect, it is about tyranny and destruction, and its number one target is ALWAYS Christianity!”

And then there was this comment as well, “My reaction is to acknowledge that I understand this is an extreme minority of individuals within the LGBTQ community. Mostly from the T portion. Sometimes barriers are in place to keep sacred things safe.”

“The majority of the community simply wants to be free to love who they chose to love and be true to themselves as to who they are.”
