Soon after Alex and Theresa made things official, that’s when the truth came out. Alex was left shocked when Theresa dropped a bombshell on him that he was never really Victor Kiriakis’ real son.

This has certainly given Alex a lot to think about. Everything that he knew about the past was wrong. And now it’s his future that he’s most concerned about.

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, actor Robert Scott Wilson, who plays Alex on the hit Peacock soap, was asked whether or not his character is now going to swear off women forever – or at least for the time being.

He said, “He needs to chill out for a little while and then do a little self work. This has humbled him quite a bit, but he’s still got that playboy inside him.”

“It’s just going to take the right person [to tame him], whether it be somebody new or somebody that he may have always thought was the one to get him through the rest of his healing.”

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: What’s Next For Alex?

There’s also a chance that fans will see a totally different side to Alex’s character now.

The actor further explained, “ I want to say a bit kinder and gentler. He’s also quietly stronger and quietly sharper.”

“He’s [still] got that bomb in him that is available, but I think this is going to make him check himself quite a bit and be a little bit smarter moving forward.”

“Now, he’s still Alex. He’s still wild, but [what’s happened] has provided him a sense of gratitude and an ego check.”
