Katie Logan (Heather Tom) talks to Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) about Poppy again. Plus, John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) makes Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) head explode with his U-Turn regarding Sheila Carter Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown). Poppy Nozawa Overhears

B&B spoilers for Tuesday, July 23 tease that Poppy will trot down the stairs at the Spencer mansion. Poppy halts when she’s halfway down, though. Poppy stops when she hears voices, whom she recognizes as belonging to Bill and Katie. 

Katie is concerned about Poppy. Katie thinks that Poppy is deceiving Bill and hiding something. Katie will even question Bill about Luna Nozawa’s (Lisa Yamada) paternity test.

Of course, Bill will explain that Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsudaj) administered the test. However, Katie might suggest that Bill get another one just to be sure.

B&B Spoilers: Katie Logan’s Investigation

On Tuesday, July 23,  fans can expect Katie to still be uncertain that her chat with Bill about Poppy. Katie wants the truth and will stop at nothing to get it. Expect Katie to make a bold next move, which is to dig up Poppy’s past.

However, with Poppy overhearing Katie’s chat with Bill, I’m worried how far this will go. Poppy has a lot of secrets and was connected to Paul “Hollis” Hollister’s (Hollis W. Chambers) death. 

John Finnegan’s U-Turn

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Tuesday, July 23 reveal that Finn was the one who told Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) to take Sheila into the station for questioning. That was a surprise, but it was one that got him rewarded by Steffy. 

After Finn’s run-in with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), Finn got word that Sheila was released. So, now Finn thinks that Sheila is innocent.

On Tuesday, July 23, fans might see Sheila share a reunion with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan). Deacon will be thrilled that Sheila was released without any charges.

At the same time, Deacon will still be determined to find out who killed Tom and Hollis. Later in the week, Deacon shares a killer theory with Bill and Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears). So, will Deacon once again do the LAPD’s job?
