It’s now or never. Michelle Obama has made it pretty clear that she wants Hillary Clinton to step up immediately. That’s because she thinks that the only way that the Democratic party will win the election is if she runs for president a third time. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
If Hillary Clinton couldn’t beat Donald Trump back in 2016, there’s always a chance that she might do it in 2024. At least, that’s what Michelle Obama and a lot of prominent Democrats are hoping for.
Now that Joe Biden has officially stepped down, there’s heavy speculation that Kamala Harris might take his place as the new nominee for the Democratic party. In fact, Biden has even endorsed his running mate in the hopes that the dems will follow his lead.
However, those behind the scenes think there’s a very slim chance that Kamala will beat Donald Trump in the polls. Trump already had a massive lead against Joe Biden and a lot of pundits think that he’s going to have an even bigger lead against Kamala Harris.
In fact, there are a lot of people in Kamala’s own party that don’t even have any faith in her, including Michelle Obama. And because Michelle doesn’t want to run for the presidency, she and her husband Barack Obama think that Hillary Clinton should do it.
Hillary at this point might be her party’s only hope to hold on to the keys to the White House, but that’s only if she is up for it. As of press time, she hasn’t made any indication as to whether or not she’s up for the job again.
After all, she did lose out twice in the past. Does Hillary really want to take the chance and end up becoming defeated a third time?
For Michelle Obama, all of that really doesn’t matter. She just wants to make sure that there’s going to be someone on the ticket that is going to beat Donald Trump fair and square. If it’s not going to be herself, then it should be Hillary Clinton.
