The Princess of Wales is sick and tired of being treated like a royal show horse. She’s already made it pretty clear that with her cancer battle, she doesn’t want to make any public appearances or take on any royal engagements.
But the monarchy is desperate at this point. Yes, everyone understands that the Princess of Wales is going through the toughest time of her life right now. However, the royals are crumbling without her.
Plus, King Charles is also dealing with his own cancer battle, yet he’s still working and doing all the same things he did before his diagnosis.
For some members of the royal family, they believe that it just doesn’t look right for Kate Middleton to sit home and do nothing when the King of England, who even at his age, is still going out and working and meeting with the public.
Kate Middleton has already made her point that she’s going to be selective when it comes to the public appearances that she wants to make.
In the last few months alone, she’s only been at Trooping the Colour and was there for the Men’s Final at Wimbledon, too.
But sources say now that the Princess of Wales is refusing to be seen again in public and that it’s going to be a very long time before she attends another event.
Because she is going through so much in her life, the last thing she wants to do is dress up, put makeup on and put on a fake smile for the public. All she wants to do is focus on her kids and getting back to where she was before her cancer diagnosis.
