No one should be surprised that she feels this way, especially after everything that had happened this past weekend.
There’s heavy speculation on social media that suggests Melania Trump is not leaving Mar-A-Lago unless she absolutely has to, especially now that there has been an assassination attempt on her husband, Donald Trump.
As many fans know by now, Donald was almost shot and killed by a gunman at a rally in Pennsylvania over the weekend. A bullet nearly grazed the former president’s ear, but he is reportedly doing fine now.
But for Melania Trump, she’s anything but fine. She’s fearful for her life and the lives of her family members, especially her son, Barron Trump.
Melania always knew that the campaign trail was no place to be, but now she’s got even more of a reason to stay away from her husband’s rallies. Not only that, but she would prefer that he stopped them altogether, seeing how he almost lost his life in one.
But for Donald Trump, he doesn’t see it this way. Even after he was shot near the side of his face, he pumped his fists to the crowd and chanted for them to continue his fight.
There’s a very good chance that he thinks canceling his upcoming rallies will just be a sign of weakness and that’s the last thing he wants to do. Instead, he wants to show that he’s strong and willing to face whatever comes at him, even if it puts him in a very dangerous situation.
But Melania Trump is refusing to cooperate with her husband. She doesn’t think these public events are necessary anymore, especially now that he has such a strong lead over his opponent, Joe Biden.
Yet, if there’s anything that the public has learned about Donald Trump, it’s that he’s going to do things his way, regardless of what anyone has to say about it.

I don't blame Melania Trump, I wouldn't leave either. I would definitely fear for my husband, son, and my own life. If President Trump wants to put his own life at risk then so be it. As far as Melania and her son are concerned she's doing the right thing
