There’s a new report that says Queen Camilla was spotted carrying a Lady Dior bag that was once made famous by Princess Diana.

While Queen Camilla could have carried any handbag with her during Wednesday’s Wimbledon tennis championships in London, she chose to wear one that Princess Diana had loved.

It is a vintage Lady Dior bag that is worth an estimated $6,000 and one that the former Princess of Wales often carried during her royal engagements and public appearances.

After Princess Diana was seen carrying the bag in public several times, the House of Christian Dior decided to rename it the Lady Dior in honor of the royal.

Of course, many royal fans and critics alike sure did have a lot to say about the matter on social media.

Some even commented with, “Well, she’s taken everything from Diana and ruined it, why not take her iconic style as well.”

Did Queen Camilla Carry The Bag On Purpose?

“I love her comments about William’s and Harry’s children actually being Crown Property, IE they belong to her and Charles and can be taken away if they want.”

Another critic wrote, “Camilla tore out the very soul of Diana. A wicked human being and loathed by most Brits.”

So far Queen Camilla herself has not made any comments about the matter, but there are other people who think this was a direct jab at Princess Diana, even though the royal died back in 1997.

It almost seems as though Camilla is trying to make a point that she’s not only the Queen of England, but someone who should be respected and seen more than the woman who was once called the People’s Princess.

Or at least, that’s how critics see it.
