But because of her chemotherapy sessions and how difficult it’s been on her body, Kate has opted to stay home and out of the spotlight, even though her cancer-stricken father-in-law King Charles is still out and about.

But one source close to the situation says that Prince William has taken control of the situation and gets to say when Kate Middleton will be seen by the public again. And he has a reason behind it, too.

One source close to the situation even put it this way, “William controls this household and William will decide whether she’s well enough to do this because he’s the one that protects the family — fiercely.”

The tipster added, “There’s no way he’s going to subject Kate to intrusion that she can’t handle. He’s so fiercely protective.”

“With William by her side, Kate’s safe because he will take care of her and would never let anyone harm her.”

“I think she trusts William implicitly and he has the final say.”

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments about the matter.
