Prince William Called A Massive Hypocrite For Supporting This

That’s because he’s been very supportive of the men’s England football team of the Euro 2024 tournament.

But when the women played back in 2023, the Prince of Wales was nowhere to be found. This has prompted a lot of people to wonder why the future king of England has decided that he only wants to support the men’s team while completely ignoring the women in the same sport.

Just last week, Prince William was up front and center when he cheered and hollered during the Euros quarter-final between England and Switzerland.

Reports also say that William will travel to Berlin on Sunday to watch England play Spain in the Euro 2024 final against Spain.

For some reason, Prince William did not travel to Australia when the women’s team played Spain in their Euro finals back in 2023.

Royal Family News: Is Prince William Wrong?

Even Piers Morgan, who is one of Prince William’s staunchest defenders, did slightly criticize him for not traveling to Australia to support the Lionesses in their World Cup final.

At the time, Prince of Wales wrote on Twitter, “What a phenomenal performance from the @Lionesses – on to the final! Commiserations to @TheMatildas, you’ve played brilliantly and been fantastic co-hosts of this World Cup.”

Piers promptly replied with, “Get on a plane to Australia asap, YRH – you would if the men’s team reached a World Cup Final… so why not for the women?”

Unfortunately, Team England lost against Spain and the only person who was there to console the players was Queen Letizia of Spain and not Prince William.

Soon after it was announced that Prince William would not be flying to Australia for the Women’s World Cup – which easily could have been done because he had plenty of time to prepare for it – ‘Work Shy Willy’ began trending on Twitter.
