General Hospital News: What’s Next For Michael Easton?

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, Michael says that after his character Finn was written off the show, he’s been spending more time with his kids, Lilah Belle and Jack.

The actor put it this way to the publication, “It’s been really beautiful. They have me at home and they’re still at the age where they like having me at home! I don’t know how many more years I have of that, so that’s been really wonderful.”

The actor also revealed that he took a surfing trip. He said, “It was nice to get in the ocean for a few days. It just seems to sort of heal and cleanse everything — for me, anyway — being in the saltwater. I do come out feeling a little bit of a rebirth.”

“We kind of traveled up and down the coast for about 400 miles looking for the perfect wave.”

But as far as his professional career is done, Michael hints that fans might see him back on the canvas, sooner rather than later. That’s because he’s not done just yet.

General Hospital News: Is Michael Easton Coming Back To The Soap World?

He said, “I think I have more to give as an actor. But I think of it much the same — I’m just traveling up the coast and I’m looking for that right part. I’m looking for that next great storyline. I don’t know where that will come from, but I’m not done.”

Now, whether or not he hops on board to another daytime television show remains to be seen, but for now there’s no doubt that fans will be keeping their fingers crossed.
