The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Summer Pushes Kyle Too Far, Loses Whatever Rights To See Harrison?

The Young and the Restless spoilers show that Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) has had an interesting connection with Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) recently.

While she began as a step-mother figure, even after she and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) broke up, she continued seeing him and acting as his mother.

Kudos to Summer for wanting to step up and be a part of Harrison’s life, but it was a bit odd watching from the outside. She didn’t have a blood connection to the child, and the only connection she had was through Kyle.

After they split up, most thought she would stop seeing Harrison, but it’s continued. Now though, that may be coming to an end.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers – Summer Pushes Too Much?

Summer wants to have even more time with Harrison and she has mentioned it to Kyle before. However, he abruptly shut down the idea and tried to convince her that it wouldn’t be in Harrison’s best interest.

Instead, Summer is continuing to move forward, and unfortunately for her, she may go too far.

There hasn’t been a clear indication of what their actual agreement is, but we do know that Summer has some kind of custody rights to Harrison and she wants more.

As Harrison’s biological parent, Kyle will have all the leverage in any kind of case about this, but it will be interesting to see what Summer’s plans are for moving forward.

Y&R Spoilers – Summer Loses Everything?

While Summer has been Harrison’s mother figure for most of his life since Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) went to prison, it still doesn’t grant her any legal authority of him right now.

Kyle could easily pull the rug out from under her if she doesn’t agree to play ball. Of course, we think that’s where we are headed with this storyline.

Summer might drag Kyle through a long, legal process where Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) could buy the most expensive lawyers to help his granddaughter and even potentially win her the case.

This could also ruin Kyle’s run at Glissade, as Victor may not like the situation that Kyle is putting Summer through.

No matter how you spin it, it looks like this storyline may be doomed and there’s not much we can do about it!
