Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) shares the benefit of her experience, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) promises karmic bite back and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) gets mind-numbing news.
Sasha extends a helping hand to Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Blaze aka Alison Rogers (Jacqueline Grace Lopez), offering valuable insight based on her own experiences.
She emphasizes that despite facing challenges with negative press, the two women have not encountered the extreme paparazzi harassment that Sasha endured.
Sasha recalls her own ordeal with a freelancer from The Invader who aimed to exploit her past drug issues and personal struggles.
The situation escalated when a photographer accomplice dangerously pursued her in a car, causing a fatal accident when she hit Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel).
Sasha also did some jail time when she was provoked enough to destroy the freelance reporter’s car out of frustration!
Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) has a suggestion ready for Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), but she never explicitly states whether it’s helpful or not. Lucy, being Lucy, will ultimately determine its usefulness.
Lois is known for being outspoken, possibly even more so than Lucy, but she carefully considers her words before speaking unlike Lucy, who tends to blurt out whatever comes to mind.
Perhaps Lois’s suggestion is for Lucy to think before she speaks or acts, a concept that may not always align with Lucy’s spontaneous nature!
Nina is in Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) office, vowing to make Adrian DeWitt (Dieterich Gray) pay for his actions. Obviously, just because she promoted him after Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) quit, doesn’t mean he can ruin lives and get away with it.
It is true Ava Jerome (Maura West) was involved in the scheme, but Nina doesn’t know that yet, although it wouldn’t surprise Nina.
As a result of the exposé, Kristina can’t run her LGBTQ+ center and Blaze has lost her job and possibly her career. Worse yet, it could even bring people out of the shadows feeling it their mission to commit hate crimes!
Alexis is currently facing Ava head-on, having extracted the truth from Adrian DeWitt; he spilled the beans after Alexis scared it out of him! Now, she’s considering legal action against The Invader and warned Ava that they must have an off-the-record discussion.
Ava seems to be in denial mode, but Alexis isn’t buying it. While Ava pretends to be innocent, Alexis issues a threat that’s more like a guarantee. She challenges Ava to figure out what it is.
After Sonny discovered the scandal, Natalia Rogers-Ramirez (Eva LaRue) outed Ava at Pozzulo’s and exposed her to Sonny. It was not surprising, as Sonny has long known and realized that Ava will stop at nothing.
Instead of using the recording as leverage, Ava chose to keep herself hidden.
However, her plan backfired when DeWitt faced Alexis’ anger and Natalia confessed to Sonny. Earlier, Sonny had warned Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) that whoever made the information public would become a target!
Josslyn gets a shock when her mother, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), gives her a heads up about the potential trouble looming ahead.
Carly, after uncovering the FBI’s leverage on Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) by Agent John “Jagger” Cates (Adam Harrington) realizes that her family needs to be informed.
Despite thinking that her SEC charges were no longer a concern, the looming RICO charges now pose a threat to her freedom.
She cautions Josslyn about the high possibility of going to prison, likely starting to strategize how to protect Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears). Carly is clearly preparing for the worst-case scenario!
