Melania Trump Accused Of Making Poor Excuses

There’s heavy speculation on social media that suggests Melania Trump is making some pretty poor excuses as to why she doesn’t want to move to the White House, should her husband Donald Trump win the presidency in November.

Apparently, Melania Trump already has a deal made with her husband, Donald Trump. Even though she had earlier promised to be more present on the campaign trail, that hasn’t happened. Instead, she just wants to focus on motherhood more than being the First Lady of the United States again.

One source close to the situation even told Page Six, “Melania has made a deal with her husband that if he wins the presidency she will not have to be on first lady duty 24/7.”

Instead, she wants to be close to her son Barron Trump, especially if he decides to do to attend New York University in the fall.

The source went on to say, “Barron has never been completely on his own before — and with the added stress of him being both a freshman in college and potentially the son of a president in a predominantly Democratic city, [Melania] wants to be close.”

“The added attention he’ll get if his father is president worries Melania who is also concerned about the reaction at his school over Barron’s ever-present Secret Service [detail].”

Yet, a lot of people believe that this is a poor excuse. After all, Barron is already a young adult and doesn’t need to have his mother so close to him.

That, and she doesn’t have to be so involved, as this kind of helicopter parenting is doing no one any good.

However, there are other people who think Melania is just making this excuse because she doesn’t want to be anywhere near her husband, Donald Trump.

That, and she doesn’t want to move back to Washington, D.C., especially if she doesn’t have to.

So far Melania Trump herself has made no comments about the matter just yet.
