Now this is a crossover that we co-sign on totally! The Young and the Restless star Josh Morrow admits that he would love to see his character Nick Newman crossover to The Bold and the Beautiful.
Not only that, but he thinks Nick should have a hot and heavy affair with none other than Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Why didn’t anyone think of this before?
In an interview with Soaps.com, Josh said that the romance would “be pretty awesome if we connected the two shows with a pairing that was messy and in a triangle.”
Josh also said that he would welcome the opportunity to work closer with Jacqueline MacInnes Wood.
“She’s a very beautiful woman and obviously very, very talented.”
Of course, the daytime television world sure did have a lot to say about the matter on social media.
And it seems like there are plenty of people out there who are on board with this idea.
Some even commented with, “This pairing would definitely enrage Liam a whole lot more than it would Finn! Finn will be too busy worrying about Hope to care!”
“In my mind I would definitely want to see Adam Newman and Steffy Forrester as the A-Couple! That is a Fact!”
Another fan wrote, “Of course he wants this pairing!! He’s gone every woman on Y&R that he’s not related too.”
“It would be a love triangle all right but it will be between Nick, Steffy, and Liam! Finn will fall for Hope!”
And then there was this comment as well: “Honestly the egos of the actors playing Newman’s are becoming untoward. Perhaps instead of listening to them we could finally get the Newman hour cancelled.”
“It’s been a hopeless rerun for too long and has detrimentally affected other actors who show a genuine spark.”
Of course, The Bold and the Beautiful fans will have to tune in to find out what will happen next!
