It looks like nothing is going to change, or at least anytime soon. Barack Obama has basically confirmed where his wife Michelle Obama stands in the presidential campaign.
And let’s just say that it doesn’t look like she’s going to throw her name in the hat anytime soon. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
While a lot of people are calling for Joe Biden to take his name off the ballot for the upcoming presidential election, Barack Obama is not one of them.
Even though many people have called for Michelle Obama to replace Biden as the new Democratic nominee, it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen, either.
Barack took to his X account to write, “Bad debate nights happen. Trust me, I know. But this election is still a choice between someone who has fought for ordinary folks his entire life and someone who only cares about himself.”
“Between someone who tells the truth; who knows right from wrong and will give it to the American people straight — and someone who lies through his teeth for his own benefit.”
“Last night didn’t change that, and it’s why so much is at stake in November.”
Of course, many of his fans and followers sure did have a lot to say about the matter.
Some even commented with, “You’re trying to force a man with clear cognitive decline into office, but then, why on earth would anyone expect anything remotely principled from the party that’s funded a fucking genocide for the last nine months, right?”
Another critic wrote, “Barack Obama will continue pulling the strings for Joe. That’s what he’s saying here.”
“Which is ridiculous considering how Joe has clearly fallen apart and isn’t fit to serve.”
And then there was this comment as well, “A young active talkative incumbent Obama lost his first debate to old Mitt Romney in 2012. And Obama still trounced him in the election.”
“It’s a choice between keeping our Democracy or having Dictator Trump rule over the country for the next 8-10 years.”
