The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, June 25 reveal that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) took a trip down memory in the Friday, June 21 episode.

He was with his baby mama Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and their brood, but Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) made a special appearance in Nick and Sharon’s reminiscence.

On today’s episode he seeks out his other baby mama, to make sure she’s doing ok. Is Nick right to be worried about Red? Be sure to tune in and find out because the answer may surprise you!

Meanwhile, at Chancellor-Winters, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James) circle each other like the alpha males they are. Devon trusts no one and when it comes to Billy Boy he is right to give him side eye.

Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) got Billy to agree to undo the C-W merger, but she kept secret the fact that she will work for Winters and not Abbott-Chancellor.

But since Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) hasn’t agreed to the deal, Devon stews that he could up the loser if Billy and Lily are ultimately the ones in charge.

There’s also the possibility that the merger is abandoned and Lily ditches her family loyalty to side with Billy. Never underestimate the charm offensive of a man who knows what he wants!

Against this backdrop, Lily, Billy, Devon, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), and Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd) attend an uneasy business meeting.
