Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Heartache For Chanel And Johnny Ahead

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, Carson Boatman, who plays Johnny on the hit Peacock soap, says that both characters are pretty nervous after finding out that their unborn child’s latest ultrasound shows a potentially serious issue.

This comes after the couple finalize their plans to move to Los Angeles to start a new life for their family.

Boatman puts it this way, “Obviously, they knew there could be some problems with the pregnancy because of Chanel’s radiation exposure.”

“So I don’t think it’s coming as a complete surprise, but they’re obviously worried, concerned, scared, and just anxious to find out the results.”

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: What’s Next For Chanel And Johnny?

Days of Our Lives spoilers say that while Johnny might have had some mixed feelings about the pregnancy in the beginning, he’s now completely on board.

Carson says, “Johnny has taken a position of, ‘I love my wife. I am scared, but I’m going to be here for her and support whatever decision she makes regarding her body.”

“And he wants to have a baby. He wants to have a family.”

And while Johnny is trying to keep a very positive attitude about it all, it’s difficult trying to keep Chanel’s spirits up. After all, this is her first pregnancy and she is worried about everything going wrong.

Carson says, “They’ve already gone through all the emotions of, ‘Should we keep the baby? Should we not?’ Then they were like, ‘We’re going to go through with [the pregnancy].”

“This is going to be great no matter what.’ So to have gone through all of that and then find out you’ve lost your baby would be heartbreaking.”
