Out with the old and in with the new. In other words, she wants everyone to know that she’s not the same person that she was yesterday. Of course, we are talking about The Young and the Restless star Courtney Hope.

Courtney, who is best known for her role as Sally Spectra on the hit CBS soap, likes to share some of her personal musings on social media. And seeing how she’s such a talented writer, it’s no wonder she gets so much attention for her posts.
In her latest Instagram, Courtney asked her fans, “Do you ever feel like you’ve changed or put in the work to grow only to be met with resistance from others to accept or acknowledge the change because they’re too stuck in who you were or too caught in their day to day to mentally make a shift and redefine you in the present moment?”
She continued, “As human beings, we’re meant to evolve and grow. It’s counterintuitive to stay the same, yet we constantly define someone into a certain category and rarely go back to make edits or add new information which can change or expand their categorization.”
Courtney further explained, “Ask yourself: At what point do you stop asking questions to find more information because you assume you know the inner workings of someone? .. There’s no way that we can possibly know everything that goes on in someone’s mind and heart and what they’re working towards, so why don’t we ask more questions and follow along with them in their growth journey?”
She finished off her post by adding, “We’re all trying to break out of our little box and become all we feel we’re meant to be- break old patterns, learn new skills and have new adventures to bring new insights. Let’s support each other in this growth as best we can.”

I like Courtney Hope and her acting skills. I would like to see " Sally Spectra " get a big break in the fashion industry and become as well known as the Forrester's are on B&B. I would like to see her running a big fashion empire like Eric Forrester did. Courtney can use this new change in her role I think. Let us see her making it big for a change
No, write Sally out or just forget her.
I do not visit Instagram, there are certain things that do not need to be said, like what a person is thinking or what is on their mind. I am not a fan of Sally and do not care for her at all. The writers are keeping her around and have put long time characters on the back burner. She really does not have a story except to hang onto Adam and make eyes. t Nick when she is around. If she and Adam break up, she would go after Nick again. She and Chole are best friend, she has not been around that long, plus Chole and Chelsea were close and we never see Chole unless Sally is talking about her business, that is not there. No fan of hers and never will be. Wish the writers would do to her like they have so many other characters..
