Steffy senses that something isn’t quite right, and she can’t shake off her concerns about how this friendship is affecting John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) emotional well-being.

Hope’s perspective on Sheila Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) has undergone a shift, and Steffy has taken notice. While Hope hasn’t completely forgiven or forgotten Sheila’s dark history, she’s willing to acknowledge the possibility of Sheila’s transformation.

Hope can see that Sheila brings joy to Deacon Sharpe’s (Sean Kanan) life, and that’s what holds significance for her right now.

On the contrary, Steffy is wary of Hope’s growing trust in Sheila and fears that it might lead to complacency. Steffy is determined to protect her family with Finn, and she may have to assert her authority once more.

Steffy has already forbidden Finn from having any contact with Sheila, but it seems like that hasn’t stopped Sheila from seeing him at work or Finn attending her wedding.

Steffy is determined to make Finn follow her rules and keep Sheila out of their lives. With Hope siding with Sheila, Steffy might have to ban Finn from seeing Hope as well. Steffy and Hope are already at war at work, with Steffy’s threats of cutting Hope’s line and Hope accusing her of a personal vendetta, not a business decision.

And, maybe, deep down, it is a personal vendetta for Steffy and she’s not admitting it-Hope’s siding too much with Sheila and not protective of Finn!

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Steffy Goes Too Far, She Might Drive Finn Away!

Finn appreciated Hope’s respect for his feelings regarding his biological mother. If Steffy prohibits Finn from being friends with Hope due to her negative influence, it could create a problem, because he values Hope as family.

Steffy’s ultimatums might push Finn to his breaking point, making him feel like he’s being treated like a child.

Finn has been giving in to Steffy’s demands out of fear of losing her, but that could change if he deems her rules too strict. Will Finn stand his ground and refuse to cut ties with Hope just because Steffy demands it–it’s highly doubtful he will.
