While he is certainly someone who doesn’t mind judging other people when it comes to their looks, a lot of people can’t help but wonder what the real truth is about Donald Trump and his alleged plastic surgery. While the former president hasn’t made any comments about it on his end, a lot has certainly been speculated. Keep reading below for just a few tragic details about Donald Trump’s rumored plastic surgery.
Has Donald Trump had plastic surgery in the past? That’s what a lot of fans can’t help but wonder. And seems like the answer is an obvious one. Back in 1990, his ex-wife Ivana Trump admitted that Donald was in pain over his scalp reduction surgery, which he had in 1988.
Vanity Fair writes:
Also known as alopecia reduction, the surgery is intended to correct balding, and involves cutting the bald spot out and sewing the remaining skin back together. The tightened scalp can cause headaches and swelling.
Dr. Steven Hoefflin has also said under deposition that he’s performed liposuction on the chin and waist on the former president.
Yet, back in 1993, Donald Trump did turn on a plastic surgeon who suggested that he did work on the New York businessman. He told the Daily Beast at the time, “It’s obviously false. It’s incorrect and done by a guy without much talent … [Hunt] is a guy that is an unattractive guy who is a vindictive and jealous person.”
That said, if there’s anything that we’ve learned about Donald Trump over the years, it’s that his appearance is very important to him. Say what you will about the man but he knows that he’s got to put his best face forward whenever he’s facing the public. That, and every strand of hair has to be in place. And well, even if it’s not, Donald still thinks that he looks very good, or at least much better than all the other men in the room with him.
