When Nicholas Chavez left General Hospital, let’s just say that he didn’t leave quietly. Yet, he’s been particularly quiet after he left.
The actor, who was best known for his role as Spencer Cassadine on the hit ABC soap, has moved on to bigger things in the television industry. But a lot of fans can’t help but wonder what’s really going on with the handsome GH alum.

Nicholas is currently working on Netflix’s Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story.
He is starring in the new Ryan Murphy anthology series about the Menedez brothers and will be co-starring alongside actor Cooper Koch.
Cooper will play Erik and Nicholas will play Lyle in Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story.
As many fans probably already know, the brothers were convicted for the 1996 murders of their parents. During the trial, the brothers stated that they lived in constant fear that their father would have killed them if they were to ever expose all of the trauma, sexual, emotional and physical abuse they endured at the hands of their parents.
The case became a national sensation when they went on trial back in 1993.
But fans have noticed that he unfollowed all of his General Hospital co-stars with the exception of Executive Producer Frank Valentini.
This has prompted some people to wonder if there was a shake-up behind the scenes or if Nicholas might have gotten into some sort of social media spat with his co-stars.
He dropped all of his General Hospital co-stars from his Twitter account.
Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, Tabyana Ali says that while life for her character certainly hasn’t been the same, she understands why Nicholas Chavez made the decision to leave the soap.
But at the same time, she would certainly love to see him come back.
Tabyana put it this way, “It was great creating Sprina together with him. I want the best for him and all of his endeavors and I hope that we will get the chance to work together again someday. I also want to show my gratitude to Sprina Nation as well.”
