There’s a reason why she’s been so quiet lately. The Young and the Restless star Courtney Hope, who is best known for her role as Sally Spectra on the hit CBS soap, recently opened up as to why she hasn’t been posting on social media lately.

Many of Courtney’s fans have been curious as to what’s been going on lately. The actress usually loves to connect with her fans on Instagram, but it seems like she’s taken a break lately.
Because Courtney has gotten so many questions about her absence, she decided to open up about her social media break.
And while a lot of people take breaks from time to time, Courtney’s fans were legitimately worried about her and her mental health.
This past week, Courtney took to one of her Instagram stories to share a video of herself.
She started things off by saying, “Hello everyone. Happy Sunday. “I am here because a lot of people have asked me where I’ve been on social media. I haven’t been posting as much, and I’m here to address it.”
The actress then continued, “We each go through different seasons of our lives, and this season, for me, has been a lot about head down, nose to the grindstone working and really nourishing the relationships around me and with myself.”
That said, Courtney has been posting again so it looks like things are improving on her end. We will definitely update you with all the latest once it comes in.

Not missing Sally from Y&R at all. Good to not see her.
I’m sorry but I’m missing Sally Spectra every week they don’t have her on set. I miss seeing her and Adam !! They are so HOT together!! They make a great couple ! I’m such a Sally Fan!!
