As many royal fans are aware of by now, the Princess of Wales is currently receiving treatment for her cancer.

While the palace has not specified what kind of cancer she has, it has to be serious enough that she’s been forced into hiding for several months now.

Kate Middleton has only made one appearance back in March and that was to film her cancer announcement only because there was so much speculation about her health and her whereabouts online.

Well, fast-forward two months later and it looks like people are still speculating about the princess. That’s because there have been no sightings of her since March.

To make matters worse, many royal fans have noticed that Rose Hanbury, who allegedly had an affair with Prince William, seems to be popping up in public more and more.

In fact, she seems to be more front and center in the royal family’s affair than ever before.

Royal Family News: Why Is Kate Middleton In Hiding Again?

As many people have noticed, Rose Hanbury was photographed hanging out with Queen Camilla and her own son was holding King Charles’ robe during a church service last week.

If that weren’t enough, a lot of people can’t help but wonder why Rose would wear the same hat that the Princess of Wales was seen in many times before.

For Kate Middleton, this is all very frustrating. She doesn’t want to give anyone the impression that she’s gone but at the same time, it certainly does look like she’s being replaced – and by her husband’s supposed lover, no less.

So far Buckingham Palace has made no comments about the matter.
