The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, May 21 indicate that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) continue their saga with troubled son Connor Newman (Judah Mackey).
Wouldn’t it be great to see this rushed storyline occur onscreen instead of seeing Connor struggle by himself in poorly rendered green screen scenes?
Maybe a new infusion of writing will fix what ails a daytime drama that has become an unintentional comedy, including the Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) production.
On Tuesday, fans will see Adam and Chelsea go volcanic. Then they come to their senses, give lip service again to doing what’s best for Connor, wash, rinse, repeat.
If we didn’t know better Mal Young is snickering over his tea somewhere cold.
Some challenging news comes along for Connor, making Adam and Chelsea confront their new reality. It could mean reinstalling Connor in a new facility.
Meanwhile, Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) is on to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). He senses that something is off with the narrative about Jordan (Colleen Zenk) drowning in the river and confronts Victor once he finds him at the Newman ranch.
The Great Victor Newman doesn’t like being doubted and explosive show spoilers tease that Cole’s grilling pushes Victor to the edge. This defensive posture makes Cole suspect him even more, and of course he’s right to do so.
Cole wants to know why Victor is so calm since Jordan’s body has not been found. Fans know why.
Victor is playing a dangerous game by keeping Jordan in his wine cellar jailhouse. He traipses down there daily, with food and drink.
Someone is bound to see him coming out of the cellar with something suspicious and we can tell you that ultimately Cole discovers Victor emerging from the wine cellar.
It looks like Cole will stumble upon the raggedy truth sometime during the week of May 20-24! What will he do with his newfound knowledge?
Cole is an honest man, and spoilers promise that he will be wracked with conflict once he finds out Jordan is alive and well.
