Say it isn’t so! There’s a wild rumor circulating on soap twitter that someone might soon be getting fired from General Hospital. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
Apparently, there is a rumor that a very popular and beloved actress will be out this year. Some people are even saying that they are shocked if the original plan doesn’t go through with this person being let go. But who is it?
Of course, it didn’t take long at all for many fans and critics alike to weigh in on the matter. Some even commented with, “If true, then it will either be RH, CW, MW, KM, GF or NLG. If it is GF or RH, then FV & NV has learned nothing from the last time they tried to get rid of them. At this point, The Gates premiere can’t get here fast enough. ABC needs to step in & clean house, otherwise cancel General Hospital,” along with, “The show sucks and I would LOVE for Becky to go to a show that appreciates her, but I will fight tooth an nail for them to keep her until SHE wants to leave.”
Another critic wrote, “Honestly if it’s Elizabeth, I don’t know if I would even notice. I love her but can’t remember the last time she had a good story. Lately all she seems to do is walk around the hospital (not even a chart in her hand) or have some drama with her kids. Again, nothing against RH.”
And then there was this comment as well, “I have a feeling it’s Ava. She knows about Sonny not being on the right meds dosage & has said nothing. It’s only going to go downhill once Sonny finds out.”
So far the producers of the show have not made any comments about the matter.

Nobody is going anywhere by way of the ax! If anything, said person or persons would likely leave the show before that would happen. The GH family is very strong and very close. I honestly don't see anything like that happening. I'm certain there are many faithful GH fans out there that would agree with my statement.
At this point it's hard to care anymore. Not just about GH, but Y&R and B&B. The writing and the never ending,boring, mind numbing stories for all three has gotten so horrible that it makes long timers like me want to just scream and cry out of frustration. They don't honor the history of the show, they rewrite it to better suit their writing style. And their style sucks!
