Victor’s controlling vengeance has him full of full of cockiness. He will offer Jordan a bone but this could lead to unexpected consequences.
Is it possible that Victor wants to use Jordan to exact revenge on Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman)? Jack played a fool while trying to help Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and although he “saved” her, Victor is fuming over his stupid methods.
Victor may let his hatred of Jack cloud his judgement if he tries to use Jordan as a means to get back at him. We all know that Jordan is a magician when it comes to escaping!

Meanwhile, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) spends time with his baby mama Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). He spills something about his current situation, something that is vexing him.
It could be that he vents about how his family is pushing kidnapper Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) to be a replacement nanny for Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell). Or it may be that he is concerned about Nikki being in rehab after Jack’s OD.
Victor blames Jack for being a lousy AA sponsor but Nick and others are grateful that Jack took drastic measures to help Nikki.
Next, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) goes against Summer Newman’s (Allison Lanier) decision about banning Claire from seeing Harrison. Kyle is smitten with Claire; has he drunk the Kool-Aid? Look for righteous mama bear Summer to go scorched earth when she finds out what Kyle has done.
