Apparently, Steve Burton’s new girlfriend is getting bullied by online trolls. The actor announced that he has been in a relationship with the Netflix star for the last several months now and of course, many trolls in the soap opera social media world sure have had a lot to say about it. Some have even compared her to Steve’s co-star Kelly Monaco, suggesting that he might have been in a relationship with her, too. Others went as far as to call Michelle a “weathered” version of Kelly. Ouch.

But there were also a lot of people who had positive things to say about Steve and Michelle’s new relationship. Some commented on X with, “Good for Steve, I’ve seen the picture of them together and she is beautiful, way more beautiful then his cheat of an ex. Steve traded up. I wish them both the best,” along with, “Don’t know why it’s anybody’s business. Steve should have a life away from the acting. If he’s with someone good for him. But leave him alone.”

And then there was this comment as well, “Just curious why this is a story. Who cares, this is his personal life. He’s been hiding the relationship for a while. It’s not new. Just new to you.”
