He just can’t quit, now can he? There’s heavy speculation that Melania Trump is once again rolling her eyes at her husband Donald Trump and his latest awkward gaffe. That’s because this time around it involves Melania’s mother, Amalija Knavs, who died back in January. The former president gave a rather awkward shout out to his mother-in-law on Mother’s Day which probably had Melania wishing that she could hide in shame as well. And who can blame her, right? Melania Trump can’t help but roll her eyes at Donald Trump and his latest awkward gaffe. While at a Trump rally in New Jersey, the New York businessman said, ‘I also want to say Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms in America, especially my wife Melania. I’ll be home in a little while. And we’re also thinking about Melania’s incredible mother, who just passed away.”
He then continued, “One of the most beautiful women, inside and out, that I’ve ever known, so we want to say hello. She’s up there looking down right now, she’s saying, ‘That’s a large crowd of people!'”
Of course, it didn’t take long at all for many of Donald Trump’s fans and critics to weigh in on the matter. Many of them commented on the video with, “Trump is now using Melania’s dead mother to promote himself. Any microscopic chance he may have had to sleep with his wife for the first time in years just went out the window,” along with, “How can Melania tolerate this man? Defaming the deceased is cool because they rarely sue you for defamation. And if their heirs have signed NDAs and pre-nups, it’s open-season!”
Another critic wrote, “Remember when Trump went to the CIA’s Memorial Wall and started to whine about the news media not reporting on his crowd size? This one takes the cake!! LOL.”
