When Steve Burton has got something to say, you better believe that everyone in the room is going to sit up and listen. And that’s exactly what happened when the General Hospital star, who is best known for his role as Jason Morgan on the hit ABC soap, shared a very important message with his fans. Here’s what he has to say.
Steve took to his Instagram account, like he always does, to share a message that read: “Intensity is a super power when it’s directed to your purpose. What’s your purpose? Have you found it? Or did you give it up? My purpose is to be the best version of myself that I can be every single day and help others. How we do anything is how we should do everything. Leave nothing on the table. Go the extra mile daily. What we do and how we live is really the marker of what we believe…not what we say.”
He then ended it with, “One life. Don’t settle.”
Of course, many of Steve’s fans sure did have a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some of them commented with, “Getting back to cardio at the gym I am noticing it is getting harder to keep my HR up. I think that is good but so far my muscles are the limiting factor. Low intensity and increasing time is the plan atm. Made 40 min on Friday. The knees ached later but not for long,” along with, “Joined a swim class. Doc said no joint stress. Lovin it. You’re an inspiration.”
And then there was this comment as well, “You are the best thing that has happened to me in my life. I’m enjoying your class it’s a little harder for me because I work overnights as a nurse but I do get them in on my days off.”
