The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, May 10 reveal that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) draws Summer Newman’s (Allison Lanier) ire by allowing Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) to visit with their son Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell).
Summer finds out that the two have been feeding ducks. Her blood boils when she discovers the rendezvous but maintains her cool in front of Harrison.
Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) knows exactly what her daughter wants to do and say and offers to take Harrison back home so that Summer can rail against her unstable cousin.
Summer goes on the offensive against Kyle and repeats to him that she does not want kooky Claire around her young son who was kidnapped because he was Claire’s collateral damage.
In turn Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) gets her back up and defends her daughter, suggesting that the park visit was spontaneous.
Victoria doesn’t understand why Harrison and Claire should be kept apart, the boy genuinely likes Claire.
Summer points out that Claire’s past is scary and it was because of her that Harrison was held hostage. Meanwhile, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) gets into it with Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters).
Passive aggressive Phyllis pushes Diane’s buttons and Diane is in no mood to just blow her off. Diane is reeling from the news that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) went back to drinking and drugging with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and her whole world has been shaken.
Phyllis could surmise that the honeymoon is over, and taunt Diane about her failing marriage. Will Phyllis see Diane’s suitcase and jump to the wrong conclusion?
Look for these two vixens to go toe to toe—meow!
Meanwhile Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) continues to play dicey matters close to the vest. He taunts Jordan (Colleen Zenk) about sending her to a real prison, playing on her fears of being locked up for life.

I think Summer is now just throwing tantrums galore just for the hell of it. So Kyle needs to shut her up and stop HER access to Harrison. See how she likes it. Funny Chance hasn't been seen near her or called or texted. Summer's consumed with getting rid of Claire to care about anyone else, she's toxic. And I don't like Cole either but why doesn't Victor trust him? And Phyllis I don't even know if I have a complaint this time. 😂
Diane was lucky Jack even considered here after all the crap she pulled on Kyle. There's got to be an agenda why she's acting so much angrier with Jack than she could. Because that's the pot calling the kettle black !
