General Hospital Spoilers: Natalia’s Surprise Visit, Drew’s Job Offer, Nina’s Renewed Hope

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Wednesday, May 1 tease surprise visits, job offers, and renewed hope. Natalia Rogers-Ramirez (Eva La Rue) pays a surprise visit, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) offers a job and Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) hope is renewed.

General Hospital Spoilers: TJ Ashford Worries

At TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and Molly Lansing-Davis’ (Kristen Vaganos) house, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) is there for a meal. As they sit around and eat, TJ worries when Kristina says she has no intention of staying away from him, implying her father Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Kristina’s pregnancy is progressing and TJ is worried about the risks she’s taking, Sonny having targets on his back.

TJ is already an overprotective father and the baby, which Kristina is carrying as a surrogate, hasn’t even been born yet! TJ confided previously he’s worried that Kristina could do things that could cause her to lose the baby.

GH Spoilers: Natalia’s Surprise Visit

Natalia has dropped in on Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) at the Invader office and exerting her overblown authority over Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) to Alexis!

She’s likely talking about Kristina and Blaze’s same sex relationship when she tells Alexis that can’t happen. Natalia knows it is happening and has been happening but failed to get Sonny to put a stop to it-he tried to help her accept it. So now she’s working on Alexis mom to mom but she’ll find Alexis is a very hard sell!

General Hospital Spoilers: Another Worried Mom

Meanwhile, at GH, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) is another worried mom, when she spots pink paint on her gay son Aiden Spencer’s (Enzo DeAngelis) backpack. She wants to know why it’s there, but he seems oblivious to it-it’s on the back side. He recently told Liz that he has a boyfriend at school, and perhaps some of their schoolmates don’t like the idea.

Aiden had problems when little because of societal roles forced on him in third grade-like boys shouldn’t like cooking and baking because they’re boys and that’s a girl thing. Is it happening again only worse, being tagged by homophobic schoolmates with that pink spray paint?

GH Spoilers: Drew’s Job Offer

In the meantime, Drew has Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) in his office, and tells him there is nobody that he trusts more than him to take charge.

A few days earlier Drew had been called to Aurora Media and a meeting with Drew and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) about being a spokesperson for a physical fitness project. It sounds like now Drew wants Curtis to be the head of it and not just a spokesperson. Curtis listens and thinks it over, appearing to take it all in with interest.

General Hospital Spoilers:  Maxie Jones Develops A Plan

In the Deception offices, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) develops a plan, as she tells Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) to please stop and just tell her! Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) looks on, but who’s Maxie talking about and who’s Lucy supposed to tell?

Natalia had been at Deception previously trying to force her to fire Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) from being Blaze’s music manager, even though that’s nothing to do with Deception.

Perhaps Maxie wants Lucy to deal with Natalia and fire Blaze, because her mother just makes too much trouble. Or perhaps she wants her to deal with her own mess Lucy made on Home and Heart, talking too much about herself  and telling someone else!

GH Spoilers: Nina’s Renewed Hope

In the meantime, Nina’s telling someone to make sure they know what they’re getting into, and that might be Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) she’s talking to. Nina’s hopefulness speaks to the conversation she had in Drew’s office with all of them there, and Willow’s consideration of being a spokesperson for the nonprofit dealing with bone marrow donation.

Willow is considering it seriously, even though the pay is low, because money’s not an issue with her family-but spending more time with her children is. She’d come to Drew’s office when he and Nina were there together wanting to know more about the job.
