Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, who used to work for Melania Trump as her personal assistant while she was still in the White House, certainly didn’t hold back when she criticized the former First Lady for selling ‘ugly’ gold necklaces for Mother’s Day. She took to her X (formerly Twitter) account to write, “I was there at the beginning. I witnessed the transformation of Melania Trump from gold plate to solid gold when she married Donald and got on the cover of Vogue. At the time I believed she had the heart to match. Knowing only her gold shell remains, I learned the hard way that’s all she ever was, and I was the sucker who bought the fake watch on the street corner. Now she’s selling a gold plated pendant to grift off the love and gratitude of a mother?!! How apropos!”
Of course, it didn’t take long for many of Stephanie’s social media followers to weigh in on the matter. Many of them commented with, “She’s shown she has no class, no shame & no compassion. Let us never forget her flak jacket. All we need to know about her. Oh, and those modeling photos,” along with, “Ugly and tacky necklace but what do you expect from a sulky clothes horse that lacks taste? That red carwash Christmas tree display & her butchery of Jackie’s rose garden, and her taste in men leaves little to be desired.”
Another critic wrote, “Her and Donald need a booth at a flea market. She’s no different than him. Do you think she married him for love? She’s as shallow and self serving as him. It takes one to know one.”
