Y&R Spoilers: Jack Loves Being Everyone’s “Go-To” Person, But Is He Taking On Too Much?

Y&R spoilers reveal that the week of April 22-26 took a toll on Jack. While the good news is that Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) was saved, his grandson’s kidnapping had to have caused a tremendous amount of stress for him.

On top of all that, he had to worry about Nikki’s sobriety, and his sister Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) continued to spiral with her own mental health issues when her alter egos refused therapy.

Jack is seemingly handling everything with stride. After all, he loves being the person everyone relies on; however, his grandson was kidnapped while in his home, his sister is struggling with a very serious disorder, and one of his dearest friends is drinking again (when his role as her AA sponsor was to ensure she didn’t).

Will Jack continue to keep things in order while he’s going at this rate?

Y&R Spoilers: Jack Abbott Could Crash & Burn

Could one more “emergency” or “disaster” cause Jack to crash and burn? What if he slowly but surely begins to fall? Could he turn to pills for relief or an “escape”?

Diane Abbott (Susan Walters) has mentioned numerous times that her main concern about Jack being Nikki’s AA sponsor was the possibility of him falling off the wagon.

Could this be a way the show is foreshadowing a storyline that involves Jack? Falling off the wagon would cause a ton of drama and chaos in Jack’s life; especially when it comes to his marriage.
