General Hospital spoilers strongly suggest that Spencer might be coming back just in time for a love triangle with Trina. Or at least, that’s what some fans are thinking. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
As many General Hospital fans are aware of, Spencer is presumed to be dead. But there’s heavy speculation that he might come back soon after Trina decides to move on. And when he does come back, there’s a very good chance that he might have someone new in his life, too. #Sprina fans are certainly not going to like the sounds of this!
Of course, many General Hospital fans have had a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some have even commented with, “If they have Trina move on and then NuSpencer arrives, that’s probably the best scenario for Trina character wise. A hot triangle with her at the center! It holds off the Danny & Michelle from Guiding Light problem that I’ve worried about with Sprina,” along with, “If you didn’t watch Guiding Light, Danny and Michelle were a very popular couple. So popular that it became a problem. Fans wouldn’t accept them with anyone else. So the show dealt with the problem by firing the actors in 2005 and Danny & Michelle left town together.”
Another critic wrote, “Nope… just recast Spencer (only if NAC is out) let Sprina continue. They don’t have time for some forced new guy who no one that loves Trina wants to see. Trina true fans wants her with the only man she loves. This soap only cares about joss now… so let Trina fans have Sprina.”
And then there was this comment as well, “Trina has been in triangles for the last 3 years between Esme, Rory & being second priority to baby Ace. Before that, she had no love interest at all. No more triangles for Trina, please. Let her enjoy a relationship with her boyfriend Spencer without an interloper. It’s too much.”

How many love triangles can person have in a lifetime 🙄 stop repeating the stories over and over again and please let a few couples be happy. every time poor Trina tries to be happy something happens! Ughh
