The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest that there is some confusion about Summer and Kyle’s custody agreement over Harrison. Well, luckily we’ve got some answers for you right here. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
As many Y&R fans can recall, there was one episode last year in which Summer and Kyle did reveal their custody agreement. They briefly talked about it in an episode that aired on September 20th, which should clarify that yes, Summer is Harrison’s mother and that she does claim him. But, it’s Tara who is the young boy’s biological mother, but she’s no longer in the picture.
Of course, many The Young and the Restless fans have had a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some have even commented with, “The thing for me is they just act as if Tara doesn’t exist when she raised him from the time he was born until she went to jail. Now after like 2 years Summer has her chest out more than Kyle, it’s too much,” along with, “Summer is very much in the little boy’s life and probably an even better parent to him than Kyle has been. Well, up to this point at least.”
Another critic wrote, “I just wish the writers would pay more attention to the facts and some of the stuff they have written in the past. That would help clarify a lot of holes in the scripts. Summer is very much a part of Harrison’s life and always has been even though you really don’t see her with the boy.”

Summer does not need to be anyone's mother. Summer's character is too selfish, spoiled, bad actress...it is time for Tara to get released from prison. After all she did not kill anyone.
Summer is a step mother no matter how you look 👀 at it and she is to busy trying to get bedded to spend any time with the little boy so she shouldn’t have any say regarding his life -send her back to Paris or wherever she was to begin with and take her mother with her (the red headed who’re)
