The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, April 17 reveal that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) confides in Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) about her newfound granddaughter and former NE Employee of the Month, Claire Grace (Hayley Erin).
Nikki is losing her water over the fact that Claire and Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) are missing and she fears that Jordan (Colleen Zenk) is involved. Of course this has her wanting to cope via vodka.
Nikki had a chance to let Jordan leave this earth but instead she called 911 and is now regretting this favor.
Elsewhere Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) tells her dad Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and her mother Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) that her son is missing and she blames Claire, the last person to be with Harrison.
Nick and Phyllis team up to resolve this issue, and of course fans will wonder if a little romance busts out on the side.
Meanwhile, “Ms. Abbott” once again rears her menacing head. Can Traci Abbott’s (Beth Maitland) tough love save her sister Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson)?
The whole family is worried about Ashley’s state of mind but with all of her various personalities coming and going unpredictably it’s been hard to help her.
Nonetheless, Traci will keep trying to reach Actual Ashley as the voices continue to rage in her head.
It looks like one of Ashley’s phantoms will try and flee the concerned family and it could be the controlling “Ms. Abbott” or Actual Ashley.
We can tell you that things will get worse before they get better and with Harrison missing the Abbotts’ attentions are stretched thin, meaning that Ashley does not get the help and attention she needs.
