You’ve certainly got to hand it to her. It looks like The Young and the Restless star Eileen Davidson is giving the performance of her life. While there’s no doubt that everyone would agree that Ashley Abbott’s mental health storyline is one that certainly needs to be told, it seems like fans everywhere are applauding Eileen for handling the sensitive topic in the best way possible. Of course, many fans have had a lot to say about the matter. Some have even commented with, “Ashley’s altar just put baby Ashley back to sleep and the other Ashley is planning on killing Tucker and setting up Audra…oh how delicious this story is becoming and I’m loving everything about it. You go Eileen Davidson we could smell another Emmy nod next year,” along with, “The Ashley stuff I am here for. I love that Traci, being true to form, isn’t falling for the evil Ashley’s act. Jack and Billy being late to the party is right in character for both. This story is the one to watch on this show. I am also on board for Lily not giving Daniel an inch.”
Another critic wrote, “I’m glad Sharon will be there. ED is killing it this week. She finally has the storyline that she so rightfully deserves and I just hope that the writers know what they are doing and that they will continue to give Eileen the justice that she deserves. You’ve really got to hand it to her, she’s a great job actress.”
