Taking to his Instagram account, the daytime television heartthrob wrote the following:

Worrying literally robs you of time. Think of all the time spent worrying. It costs years.

Well we know one day it will all makes sense and you’ll say,”

Why didn’t I just live the best life I could have? 

Why did I spend all that time worrying and being afraid and not trying things I wanted to do?

Why didn’t I express myself?

Why did I care so much about what other people thought? 

Why didn’t I take more risks? 

Why didn’t I follow my dreams?

Why did I stay in a bad relationship for so long?

Why didn’t I spend more time with people that mattered?

Why didn’t I take care of me?

Why didn’t I love more?

Why didn’t I stay present?

Why didn’t I appreciate more?

Why didn’t I forgive more?

General Hospital Spoilers: Steve Is Getting Real

Of course, many General Hospital fans sure did have a lot to say about the matter in his comments section.
