It is teased that Carly saving John will provide an opportunity for the FBI agent to show a different side. Carly will see a new side to him, but will it really be enough to change her mind?

Not only does Sonny not really trust anyone right now, including family, but his bipolar meds are being replaced with placebos. This makes it dangerous, and we have to wonder what is going to happen with Sonny next.
