Not to mention the fact that right now, her love life seems pretty dry. She’s been busy running Cassidy First Technologies; however, most of this has happened, off-screen.

Y&R spoilers indicate that fans on social media have been a tad worried about Sharon. She’s one of the staples in Genoa City but hasn’t been seen on the show for a while. Sure, she was involved in Claire Grace’s (Hayley Erin) recent dream episode, but not much else.

In early January, the show unveiled an interesting Sharon-centric episode. Sharon had an odd dream, and while it was bizarre, it helped shape some interesting plot twists.

Mainly, it hinted at a Shick reunion but also helped her realize she had to let Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) go.

Chance moved on to Summer Newman (Allison Lanier), much to the delight of Summance fans, and Sharon declared that she wasn’t interested in love.

Shick fans have been waiting to see if there would be a possible reunion between Sharon and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow), but storylines in this regard have gone radio silent.

Y&R Spoilers: Could The Show Be Setting A New Romance Up For Sharon?

Nick and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) recently enjoyed a meal together at GCAC, teasing a possible Lick romance; something many fans have been hoping for, for a while.

This could place the breaks on a Shick reunion.

Still, if Nick gets a fresh and new romance, shouldn’t Sharon get one, too? Unfortunately, other than Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) – who has his hands full with women in his life right now – there aren’t any real contenders for Sharon.

Could the Y&R be looking to bring in a new character to act as Sharon’s new love interest? Either way, with Sharon’s fan base and longevity on the soap, they need to do something with this legendary character, right?
