What was in the past, certainly will stay in the past. But for some critics, they still want answers. For some unknown reason, trolls are harassing Jennifer Lopez over her ex-boyfriend, P. Diddy, even though they broke up back in 1999. P. Diddy is in the news again as federal agents with the U.S. HOmeland Security raided two of his homes in both Los Angeles and Miami as he faces a string of serious accusations. According to new reports, P. Diddy, whose real name is Puff Daddy, but is also known as P. Diddy and a few other names, is facing multiple civil lawsuits that are accusing him of sex trafficking, sexual abuse and rape. A number of women have come forward, including his ex Cassie Ventura, who claims that she was trafficked, beaten and raped by Combs on many different occasions throughout the ten years that they were together.
So, what does this all have to do with Jennifer Lopez? Well, that’s what some of her social media fans certainly want to know even though the clear answer is nothing. She hasn’t been in his life in over two decades and has had very little contact with the rapper. Yet, that hasn’t stopped many social media trolls from harassing the singer and actress over her ex.
When one of her Instagram followers asked Jennifer what she thought about all of the accusations that have been made against P. Diddy, it sure didn’t take long at all for some of her other followers to defend her. Many comments included, “She doesn’t need this type of trolling. She’s not in her life and she’s never been to any of his house parties. Jennifer doesn’t do that kind of drama.”
Another fan wrote, “She’s married to Ben Affleck. P. Diddy was in her life many, many moons ago. She probably doesn’t even have his phone number. Just chill. This has nothing to do with her.”
So far Jennifer Lopez herself has not made any comments about the matter.
