General Hospital Spoilers: Danny Feels Like He Will Never See His Father Again

General Hospital spoilers say that it’s certainly not easy living in Port Charles for many kids in the teen scene and it’s certainly not easy having a father like Jason Morgan, too. And that’s not just because he’s never around, it’s also because everyone is unsure if he will still stay dead or alive at any given moment. Actor Asher Antonzyn recently opened up his character, Danny, and how he feels like he will never see his father ever again. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

General Hospital Spoilers: Danny Feels Like He Will Never See His Father Again

In his interview with the publication, Asher said that his character Danny is desperate to make up for loss time with his father Jason. He put it this way, “Every time Danny leaves Jason, whenever he’s like, ‘Bye, Dad,’ he feels like this could be the last time he sees him,” Antonzyn points out. “He feels like, ‘I just got you back. Why do you have to leave? Why do I have to stay away from you?’ It’s very hard for Danny to walk away from his dad.”

And while Jason’s son Jake feels the complete opposite about his father, General Hospital spoilers say that Jake is going to bring out the worst in Danny when he throws him a punch that no one saw coming. He says, “Danny says something along the lines of, ‘Why aren’t you giving him the benefit of the doubt?’ And Jake says, ‘Because he doesn’t deserve it.’ That’s what really ticks Danny off and causes him to lose his temper.”

Asher added that he certainly has a soft spot for his character. He said, “I don’t know what it’s like, but I assume that if you don’t grow up [with your father], then you want them to stay with you no matter what, you don’t want them to leave again, and you want to believe in them.”
