Taylor Swift Left Embarrassed By Her Father’s Behavior

Travis Kelce is not the only one who has been hanging his head in shame lately. It seems like Taylor Swift has a reason to be embarrassed about her father, Scott Swift, and his behavior, too. There’s a new report that says Scott Swift allegedly attacked a photographer in the early hours of February 27 during Taylor Swift’s Era’s Tour stop in Australia. Scott Swift is in the clear – for now. According to new reports, police connected in the case dropped the investigation, saying they would take no further police action, according to a rep from the New South Wales police force. 

During the incident, Taylor and her father Scott were seen walking down a jetty while they were holding hands. The singer held a black umbrella covering her face while she was being led by her father to a waiting car. At that moment, the photographers appeared, and before anyone knew it, Scott got into an altercation with one of them and even punched one in the face.

A spokesperson for Taylor Swift said afterwards, “Two individuals were aggressively pushing their way towards Taylor, grabbing at her security personnel, and threatening to throw a female staff member into the water.”

Of course, many fans and critics alike sure did have a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some even commented with, “Most fathers would go to prison if necessary to protect their daughter. I can understand why a father might be in this situation. Sounds like the guy deserved it or he was paid to go away,” along with, “I’m getting tired about hearing about Taylor Swift. Her meteor ride to fame will one come crashing down to earth. And I don’t wanna hear about her then either.”

And there was this comment as well, “Pretty sure that there are moments when a photographer needs that. The bad side of being famous.”
